At times people have relationship problems, they have problems due to factors like money, at work and a number of other factors are responsible for a person feeling anxious, depressed and stressed out. When all these factors get severe, the person might have a nervous breakdown. A person who is unable to carry out his day to day activities like any other normal person may suffer from nervous breakdown.

The symptoms of nervous breakdown
Nerves usually stretch but they do not break and the person with a nervous breakdown starts withdrawing from everything. Loss of appetite, inability to sleep and laziness to any kind of work can leave a person feel worn out and tired. Thus, this leads to a feeling of emotionally instability and mental draining.

The common symptoms include blurred vision, nausea, constipation, rashes, anxiety, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. Benzodiazepines actually calm the brain. They react on all parts of the brain including the areas of rational thought, memory, emotions and essential functions such as breathing. For the treatment of anxiety related problems such as palpations and tremor, one can be treated by the beta blockers.
