Fear Release however is dedicated to supporting people who suffer from Fear and Anxiety. Specifically based
around Driving Fear, As this is part of
the pain I have had to live with for years now and Release my Fear along the way. DrivingFear / Anxiety / Stress is something which is becoming very frequent within
our society. This can be for a lot of different reasons but generally has nothing to do with Driving at all. All

If more people understood how debilitating this condition, anxiety and stress is, the more capable we will be of
receiving help from others and release our fear. I believe that we all should help
each other and this web site, I hope will be able to offer some comfort to those who are having to deal with these
fear situations every day. Don't be shy let us know what systems worked for you and
how you release your fears.
There are lots of ways to release your fear and I have included some of them in the favourite links
options. Different people need differentfear ideas and treatments

great ability we have in all being differentwith our fear. So don't

aren't. You have to find what you believe in and follow it through.
For a few years now I have suffered from recurring Driving Fear and Panic Attacks. Therefore
I wanted to create a site which could be used by others to share information and ideas on how to be able to manage
your fears effectively. I looked at a lot of sites when I very first started and to be honest they did not
help.
In order to release anxiety and stress you have to believe in yourself and try differing treatments
as everyone is different.
